We have a contract to supply gas service to various residential care properties occupied by Autism West Midlands. In one property there were four boilers supplying heating and hot water to two bungalows, all in constant use. The boilers kept breaking down, obviously leaving users with no heating or hot water and dramatically affecting their wellbeing.

We worked with Worcester Bosch and installed two GB162 65kW boilers – one in each bungalow, along with two unvented hot water cylinders. In order to simplify life for the service users, one of our engineers devised a light system that would show when there was enough hot water for a bath. 

Simple – but effective.
